Our works include:

• advising clients on succession planning and preparing wills and witnessing the signing of wills;

• inquiring the type and value of the deceased’s estate from the relevant authorities on behalf of the heritors;

• applying for grant of representation from the High Court of Hong Kong or other governing jurisdictions in respect of administration of estate of deceased persons;

• replying to requisitions of Probate Registry, Hong Kong relating to grant of representation; and

• administering the deceased’s estate pursuant to the instructions of executor or administrator.
